    A Vision Inspired by Resilience, Community, and Opportunity

    TheRainBowNavy LLC was founded by Malcolm Montgomery—a retired educator, property owner, and lifelong advocate for equity and inclusion—in response to the inequities he encountered in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. That global crisis brought into sharp focus the vulnerabilities and overlooked needs within the LGBTQ+ community, especially in terms of access to financial support and investment.

    As Malcolm explored ways to fund a bold and inclusive commercial venture that would serve the LGBTQ+ community, he discovered a harsh reality: funding opportunities tailored to LGBTQ+-owned businesses were few and far between. This, despite the fact that the LGBTQ+ community represents approximately 5% to 10% of any country's population and contributes over $4 trillion annually in global purchasing power. Yet, very little of that financial strength is directed back into initiatives that uplift and support the community.

    TheRainBowNavy LLC intends to change that narrative.

    A Business Model Designed for Impact

    TheRainBowNavy LLC is more than a business—it is a purpose-driven movement. As a for-profit company with a deep philanthropic mission, TheRainBowNavy is committed to reshaping how LGBTQ+ success is supported, celebrated, and sustained. Our flagship initiative—a floating hospitality, fitness, and entertainment hub docked in Manila Bay—will offer luxurious accommodations, gourmet dining, nightlife, and wellness experiences. But more importantly, it will serve as an engine for meaningful reinvestment into the LGBTQ+ community.

    From the outset, one-third of our annual profits will be allocated to funding educational scholarships, health care access, legal support, and micro-loans to aspiring LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs. As we grow and investor obligations are fulfilled, these contributions will increase substantially. Our long-term goal is to direct up to 60% of annual sales back into the community—fueling opportunities, creating equity, and building a sustainable future for generations to come.

    TheRainBowNavy's events and initiatives will go beyond celebration. They will be platforms for empowerment, where financial grants and awards serve as real tools for change.

    Discounts and Exchange: All discounts, products, services, or accommodations offered in exchange for donations are valid for on board exchange or through our participating partners. Please note that these offerings are subject to availability and may be limited by factors beyond our control.
    Transportation Costs: The cost of transportation to or from the current port of call is not included in the donations exchange offered by TheRainBowNavy. Guests are responsible for arranging and covering their own transportation expenses.
    Liability: TheRainBowNavy and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from the unavailability of space on TheRainBowNavy mini cruise ship and the subsequent arrangements made for alternative accommodations.
