   Disponibilidad de espacio: En caso de que no haya espacio disponible en el minicrucero TheRainBowNavy en el momento de su elección, haremos arreglos alternativos para garantizar una experiencia comparable para nuestros huéspedes.Garantizaremos las reservas en un hotel local que ofrezca alojamiento con el mismo valor y estándar que TheRainBowNavy.

Acceso a productos, servicios y eventos: los huéspedes alojados en los alojamientos alternativos seguirán teniendo acceso total a todos los productos, servicios y eventos de TheRainBowNavy durante su estancia.Nos aseguraremos de que pueda disfrutar del vibrante centro social y la atmósfera inclusiva que ofrece TheRainBowNavy, independientemente de las condiciones de alojamiento.

Descuentos y canjes: todos los descuentos, productos, servicios o alojamientos ofrecidos a cambio de donaciones son válidos para canjearlos a bordo o a través de nuestros socios participantes.Tenga en cuenta que estas ofertas están sujetas a disponibilidad y pueden verse limitadas por factores que escapan a nuestro control.

Costos de transporte: El costo del transporte desde o hacia el puerto de escala actual no está incluido en el intercambio de donaciones que ofrece TheRainBowNavy.Los invitados son responsables de organizar y cubrir sus propios gastos de transporte.

 Responsabilidad: TheRainBowNavy y sus afiliados no serán responsables de ningún daño, pérdida o inconveniente directo o indirecto que resulte de la falta de disponibilidad de espacio en el minicrucero TheRainBowNavy y de los arreglos posteriores realizados para alojamientos alternativos. Cualquier problema o inquietud que surja de los alojamientos alternativos debe abordarse directamente con el hotelero correspondiente.

Al continuar con su reserva, donación o aceptación de cualquier oferta de TheRainBowNavy, usted reconoce y acepta los términos y condiciones mencionados en este descargo de responsabilidad.
