    空き状況: ご希望の時間に TheRainBowNavy ミニクルーズ船の空きがない場合は、お客様に同等の体験を提供できるよう、代替の手配をいたします。TheRainBowNavy と同等の価値と水準の宿泊施設を提供する地元のホテルの予約を確保いたします。

 製品、サービス、イベントへのアクセス: 代替宿泊施設に宿泊されるゲストは、滞在中、TheRainBowNavy のすべての製品、サービス、イベントに引き続き完全にアクセスできます。宿泊の手配に関係なく、TheRainBowNavy が提供する活気ある社交の中心地と包括的な雰囲気をお楽しみいただけるよう努めます。

    割引と交換: 寄付と引き換えに提供されるすべての割引、製品、サービス、または宿泊施設は、船内交換または参加パートナーを通じて有効です。これらの特典は空き状況に応じて提供され、当社の管理外の要因によって制限される場合があることに注意してください。

  交通費: 現在の寄港地までの交通費は、TheRainBowNavy が提供する寄付交換には含まれていません。ゲストはご自身の交通費を手配し、負担する責任があります。

  責任: TheRainBowNavy およびその関連会社は、TheRainBowNavy ミニクルーズ船のスペースが利用できないこと、および代替宿泊施設の手配によって生じた直接的または間接的な損害、損失、不便について、一切の責任を負いません。代替宿泊施設から生じる問題や懸念事項については、各ホテル経営者に直接お問い合わせください。

予約、寄付、または TheRainBowNavy からの提供品の受け取りを進めることにより、お客様はこの免責事項に記載されている利用規約を承認し、同意したものとみなされます。
