   Chi phí vận chuyển: Chi phí vận chuyển đến hoặc đi từ cảng hiện tại không được bao gồm trong chương trình trao đổi quyên góp do TheRainBowNavy cung cấp.Khách chịu trách nhiệm sắp xếp và chi trả chi phí vận chuyển của riêng mình.

  Trách nhiệm: TheRainBowNavy và các chi nhánh của nó sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm cho bất kỳ thiệt hại, mất mát hoặc bất tiện trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp nào phát sinh do không có chỗ trên tàu du lịch mini TheRainBowNavy và các sắp xếp tiếp theo cho chỗ ở thay thế.Bất kỳ vấn đề hoặc mối quan tâm nào phát sinh từ chỗ ở thay thế nên được giải quyết trực tiếp với chủ khách sạn tương ứng.

Bằng cách tiếp tục đặt chỗ, quyên góp hoặc chấp nhận bất kỳ dịch vụ nào từ TheRainBowNavy, bạn thừa nhận và chấp nhận các điều khoản và điều kiện được đề cập trong tuyên bố từ chối trách nhiệm này.
