 Diskaun dan Pertukaran: Semua diskaun, produk, perkhidmatan atau penginapan yang ditawarkan sebagai pertukaran untuk derma adalah sah untuk pertukaran atas kapal atau melalui rakan kongsi kami yang mengambil bahagian.Sila ambil perhatian bahawa tawaran ini tertakluk pada ketersediaan dan mungkin dihadkan oleh faktor di luar kawalan kami.

 Kos Pengangkutan: Kos pengangkutan ke atau dari pelabuhan panggilan semasa tidak termasuk dalam pertukaran derma yang ditawarkan oleh TheRainBowNavy.Tetamu bertanggungjawab untuk mengatur dan menampung perbelanjaan pengangkutan mereka sendiri.

  Liabiliti: TheRainBowNavy dan sekutunya tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang kerosakan, kerugian atau kesulitan langsung atau tidak langsung akibat ketiadaan ruang pada kapal persiaran mini TheRainBowNavy dan pengaturan seterusnya yang dibuat untuk penginapan alternatif.Sebarang isu atau kebimbangan yang timbul daripada penginapan alternatif hendaklah ditangani secara terus dengan pengusaha hotel masing-masing.

Dengan meneruskan tempahan anda, derma atau penerimaan sebarang tawaran daripada TheRainBowNavy, anda mengakui dan menerima terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan dalam penafian ini.
